Allison grew up in Adelaide and studied at the University of South Australia before beginning her career in Sydney, working in hospital settings and paediatrics. Her journey then took her overseas to Oxford and Switzerland, where she continued her work in hospitals while also starting a family of her own.

With a deep passion for supporting children and their families, Allison has developed a special interest in traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions, and developmental delay. She understands that every child is unique and is committed to walking alongside families to help them reach their goals—no matter how big or small they may be, through a collaborative, compassionate approach

Now working in a community setting, Allison visits children where they feel most comfortable—at home, school, or even at the local playground. She believes that building strong, trusting relationships in familiar environments makes a real difference in helping children grow, learn, and thrive as well as helping foster meaningful progress and long-term success.
